Maury was primarily known for his beautiful sweet red wines. But my goodness, what a place to make really great dry red wine. Maury, along with Priorat, is one of the richest and most complementary Grenache wines. I started with the idea of dedicating one of the cuvées of the Carlos Ruben project to my late parents and nothing better than this Priorat-Maury coupage, twice the best, Antonio and Antonia, a sublime couple.
