RAICES | Raices 1 Tinto

This wine is made with grape varieties over 40 years old: 25% Grenache from Calatayud and 15% each from Mazuela (Cariñena), Bobal (Requena), Tintorera & Graciano (Manchuela) and Mencía (Bierzo). All varieties have been aged separately in new barrels. The barrels are 60% French oak and 40% American, some of them medium toasted and others have been left natural to achieve a better aromatic and gustatory balance.
