And we have always believed in it.
For years, it was cultivated for other purposes, never reaching the full potential hidden within. But we do not look where everyone else looks.
We look where few are willing to look.
And there, in the austere soils of Camporrobles, it all began more than a century ago. In a privileged location, at the highest reaches of the Requena-Utiel region. -

Our vineyards share the same geological origin: the limestone bedrock on which they stand.
But not all soils are the same. Across each vineyard, soil depth, geological layers and the accumulation of sediments have shaped different responses in the vine.

Pasión de Bobal White
Pasión de Bobal White reveals the variety at its most subtle.
A blanc de noirs that unveils another side of Bobal.
It is made from grapes grown in deeper, moore fertile soils, where calcareous materials have accumulated over time. Fine-textured, well-drained and balanced soils that encourage steady vine
growth and slow, even ripening.
In these conditions, Bobal discovers an unexpected expression: bright, elegant and delicately aromatic. It retains precise natural acidity and a clean structure, essential for crafting a fresh, refined and beautifully defined blanc de noirs.

Pasión de Bobal Rosé is the family's most precise expression.
Balance and finesse from the very beginning.
It comes from gently sloping land where calcareous sediments from higher ground have accumulated over time. These soils offer greater depth and structure, creating a natural balance between soil and vine.
Here, Bobal expresses itself with freshness, clarity and precision. The wine gains elegance while preserving its identity and its connection to its origin.
The most balanced interpretation of the variety.

Pasión de Bobal Red is the root of the family.
The purest expression of origin.
It comes from old vineyards planted on slopes where the limestone bedrock lies just beneath the surface. Poor, demanding soils that force the vine to dig deeper and adapt.
Under these conditions, Bobal reveals its mot intense and structured character. The grapes gain depth, tension and personality, while the wine develops length and complexity without losing its connection to the landscape.

donde la vid ha aprendido a convivir con la exigencia del
entorno y a expresar su carácter sin concesiones.
Aquí la Bobal habla sin filtros. Un vino profundo y honesto
que reivindica el valor de lo que a veces se juzga antes de ser
conocido.
Es un vino solidario desarrollado junto a Fundación Asindown.
