There are wines that accompany us for years.
That are part of dinners, celebrations, and moments that stay.
The wines of the Pasión family are those kinds.
Many of you have opened them at home.
You have recommended them.
You have made them yours.
That is why we are excited to tell you that Pasión beats stronger today.
It has evolved.
It says more.
And it tells it better.
Pasión is now more Bobal than ever
Because all the wines are made exclusively with our native grape from Requena-Utiel.
The red and rosé already were. The surprise comes with the white, which is also Bobal (blanc de noirs).
A coherent decision with what we have been building for some time: putting the variety at the center.
Back to the root.
To who we are and where we come from.
New image, same origin
This new stage is also expressed on the label.
We have worked it to gain presence and distinction, but above all to better tell what is inside.
In it appears a key concept for us: Bedrock.
The bedrock is the limestone substrate that supports our vineyards in Requena. It conditions the depth of the roots, water balance, and the wine's tension. It explains why the same grape can express itself differently depending on the soil that supports it.
The same Bobal.
Three soils.
Three expressions.
Shall we taste them? This is how the Pasión wines speak to you now.
Pasión de Bobal Tinto
It is born in old vineyards, planted in shallow soils where the rock surfaces and forces the vine to strive. And when the vine strives, it concentrates all the good.
A red with structure, tension, and depth.
Ripe black fruit, freshness that supports, and aging in French oak designed to accompany, not disguise. Because we want Bobal to be well present.
This is the variety when it faces the rock.
Direct. Honest. With length.
Pasión de Bobal Rosado
It comes from deeper and more balanced soils.
Here Bobal is more precise, more refined.
Aromatic, vibrant, and gastronomic.
This is Bobal when the soil supports it.
Balance without losing character.
Pasión de Bobal Blanco
The surprise of this new stage.
A blanc de noirs, or in other words, a white wine made from red grapes.
Precise, luminous, with a natural acidity that sets the rhythm and a mineral background that connects directly with the origin.
Here Bobal shows its most subtle, delicate, and unexpected side.
Now they are yours.
Pasión evolves because we believe that Bobal deserves to be told clearly.
Because we know our soils.
Because we have been working this land for generations.
And because we still feel that the variety has a lot to say.
Today a new stage begins.
And we would love for you to toast with us.
