For years, it was cultivated for other purposes, far from reaching the potential it holds within.But we don’t look where everyone else looks. We look where no one wants to look.
And there, in the austere soils of Camporrobles, it all began more than a century ago. In a privileged area—the highest altitude in the Requena-Utiel region. -

Our vineyards share the same geological origin: the limestone roca madre - bedrock on which they rest.
But not all soils are the same. In each plot, soil depth, the presence of strata, and sediment accumulation have shaped different responses in the vine.

Pasión de Bobal White
Pasión de Bobal White reveals Bobal from its most subtle side.
A blanc de noirs that uncovers another dimension of the variety.
It is made from Bobal grapes grown in the deepest and
most fertile soils, where limestone materials have
accumulated over time. These are fine-textured,
well-drained, balanced soils that encourage steady vegetative
growth and slow ripening.
Under these conditions, Bobal shines. It preserves a precise natural acidity and a clean structure, with low color intensity—key elements in crafting a fresh, elegant, and defined blanc de noirs.
It is the brightest expression of the variety.

Pasión de Bobal Rosé is the most precise expression of the family.
Balance and finesse from the origin.
It comes from vineyards planted on gently shaped slopes,
where limestone sediments from higher areas have accumulated
over time. These are deeper, well-structured soils with natural drainage that favors balance between soil and vine.
Under these conditions, Bobal shows itself fresher and more defined. The wine gains elegance while maintaining
its identity, without losing its connection to origin.
It is the most balanced interpretation of the variety.

Pasión de Bobal Red is the root of the family.
The most direct expression of origin.
It comes from vineyards located on shallow slopes,
where limestone roca madre - bedrock lies very close
to the surface. These are poor, well-drained soils that force the vine to dig deep in search of resources.
Under these conditions, Bobal concentrates its character. The grapes are smaller, more intense, more structured. The wine
gains depth, tension, and length.
It is the most austere and profound interpretation of the variety.
