Shipping and Transport

The shipment will be made through transport to the address provided at the time of placing the order, with the shipping costs indicated and confirmed in the order. Delivery will generally take place within Spanish territory within three (3) working days from the day after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. This timeframe may vary depending on specific circumstances, such as product availability or the shipping area. In exceptional circumstances, this period may be affected by extraordinary issues with the transport service or difficulties in delivering the goods. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Orders will not be processed nor deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Costs

Shipping costs will be shown at the time of purchase.

Shipping Areas:

– Spain.

– Rest of the European Union (Eurozone).

Delivery Times:

If the product is in stock, the order will be processed immediately and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. It will be delivered within 2 to 6 working days from the order processing date. For international orders, the delivery time may vary.

If there is any unforeseen issue with the delivery of the order, we will contact the customer via the email address provided at the time of purchase to find a solution.

Alternatively, we may contact the customer by phone, if provided, or attempt a second delivery to the given address. If we are unable to contact the customer or deliver the product on the first or second attempt, the customer will be responsible for contacting the carrier or VINOS SIERRA NORTE, SL via email and will bear any additional costs for subsequent deliveries.

Carriers

VINOS SIERRA NORTE, SL will choose the carrier deemed most suitable to fulfill the delivery according to the established conditions and timeframes.

If any of the delivery times are modified, the VINOS SIERRA NORTE, SL Customer Service team will inform the customer by email or phone call about the estimated delivery date for the complete order. Similarly, any changes to the delivery timeframe will be communicated to the customer.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We reserve the right to withhold shipment of orders with incorrect addresses. In any case, we will contact the customer using the provided details for any issues or queries regarding the processing of their order.

European Union Common VAT System

According to Law 37/1992 of December 28, which regulates the VAT tax, and European Directive 2008/8/EC, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to VAT depending on the buyer’s country of residence and whether they are acting as a business professional or as a private individual. Consequently, in some cases, the final price of the order may vary from the one displayed on the website.

The price of the products sold by VINOS SIERRA NORTE, SL includes Spanish VAT. However, the final price of your order may vary depending on the VAT rate applicable to the order. For orders shipped to other European Union countries, Spanish VAT will be deducted, and the applicable VAT rate corresponding to the destination country will be applied. The final price will be shown during the order confirmation and will reflect the applicable VAT rate for the destination country.
