In our view, this is the key to obtaining extraordinary grapes capable of telling the story of their place of origin.

We apply practices that respect and enhance the ecosystem’s biodiversity, such as cover crops, which nourish the soil, protect it from erosion, and improve its water retention capacity. We reject synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides, and instead, use natural products that respect microbial life. This way, we build a sustainable model rooted in the present and looking toward a future that only makes sense through maximum respect for the natural environment.
