Along the western slope of the Jiloca Valley are small villages surrounded by almond, peach, and apple trees, as well as beautiful, scattered vineyard plots. The last stop along this winding road is Acered, at 835 meters above sea level. Its slate soils are among the most representative in the region. The vines grow on the rock and produce concentrated wines, always with a mineral and fresh note.
