Along the western slope of the Jiloca valley, there are small villages surrounded by almond, peach, and apple trees, and beautiful scattered vineyard plots. The last of this winding path is Acered, at 835 meters above sea level. Its slate soils are among the most representative of the region. The vines grow on the rock and produce concentrated wines, but always with a mineral and fresh note.
