Pasión de Bobal blanco is Bobal in its most delicate version. A fresh and elegant blanc de noirs, for those seeking a wine with character and subtlety.

It is made from grapes grown in the deepest and most fertile areas, where calcareous materials have accumulated over time. These soils favor slow and balanced ripening, key to maintaining a precise natural acidity and good structure.

On the nose it shows floral notes and a subtle hint of red fruits, a trace of its origin. On the palate it is fresh, defined, and harmonious, with a light and precise passage.
