Castejón de Alarba is one of the most remote and highest villages in the Sierra de Pardos, a settlement of fewer than 80 inhabitants where old vines still shape the landscape. At over 900 meters altitude and on slate soils, the Grenaches from this small plot express the harshness of the environment with surprising elegance. Ripe red fruit, freshness, and a long finish define a wine with character, roots, and altitude.
